For Risepoint’s annual Leadership Summit in Austin, an event bringing together the COO, SVPs, and directors, I was tasked with developing a complete visual identity system in a compressed turnaround. I created multiple design concepts to define the event’s look and feel, uniting executive-level strategy with creative storytelling through motion, texture, and form.
I led the creative direction, design, and production of all event collateral, including video murals, billboards, on-site signage, name tags, and digital assets. The brand system was built around the summit theme, “Empowering the Future through Business Transformation,” and visually expressed through abstracted shapes and motion-driven design.
Each concept translated transformation differently, one through fluid metaball forms symbolizing connection and innovation, another through structured blocks evoking growth and stability, and a third through a kaleidoscopic pattern representing dynamic collaboration. Together, these explorations offered a visually rich, executive-ready brand expression that captured the summit’s spirit: transformation as a living, continuous process of evolution and convergence.
